Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key detailing various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
